Hot Meal Program
As a final extension to the work that we are doing with the children in our Munno Literacy program, in February of 2020, we added a Hot Meal Program. We identified that most of the children in the school we support are coming to school hungry. As you can imagine, an empty belly produces an empty and distractible mind. This program provides a hot lunch for every student in the school we support. Monday thru Friday, every child is able to receive a meal of beans and posho to fill their bellies. This allows them to be able to focus on their education and strengthen their learning.
